The estate of Jonas Wright (settled 1784) contains an entry "For cash paid Daniel Hastings a/c for gravestones, picking up, L8.4.0; for expenses attending the stone cutter in order to see them properly done, horse and slays to Newton, L2.8.0." This stone, carved by John or Thomas Park for a son of Jonas Wright, does not appear to be one of the stones mentioned in the probate account.
